Summer Book Club for Women 2026

Join the women of CFC for our annual Summer Book Club as we journey through this impactful book together. This is a meaningful opportunity for connection, reflection, and spiritual growth in a warm and welcoming community setting. What if loving your neighbors wasn’t about having all the right answers or checking the right boxes—but about choosing to do love in action? In Love Does by Bob Goff, you’ll discover powerful and often humorous real-life stories that challenge and inspire you to live out love in practical ways that reflect Jesus to those around you. Each chapter invites readers to move beyond intention and into action—showing how love is best expressed through what we do. We look forward to gathering together for a meaningful summer of reading, reflection, connection, and fellowship.

Women in the Word

Women in the Word | Thursdays at 10:30a.| September 24 – November 12, 2026 | 10:30 AM – Noon | Room 303 From the opening chapters of Genesis through the final verses of Revelation, God is known by many names—names that reveal who He is, what He does, and how He relates to His children. He is El-Roi, “the God who sees me.” He is Jesus, “the Lord is salvation.” He is the Spirit, your Comforter and Counselor. Through each name, we gain a deeper understanding of God’s character, His presence, and His relationship with us. Join Women in the Word for The Names of God, an 8-session Bible study featuring teaching from Kristi McLelland, Caroline Saunders, Blair Linne, Jennifer Rothschild, Kelly Minter, and Elizabeth Woodson. Together, participants will explore names of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit while discovering how each name deepens faith, shapes identity, and strengthens our relationship with God. This study will deepen your knowledge of God and strengthen your relationship with Him. Your understanding of the Trinity—the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit will be expanded. Be inspired to live more fully into God’s calling through a deeper understanding of His character and His relationship with His children.
